        1.What should I do if I can’t charge my device?
A. Please charge with a certified QC3.0 quick power adapter.
B. Please check whether the charging cable works normally. If it doesn't, change other charging cables to try again.
C. Please check whether the device's indicator light lights up if the charging cable works well. The problem should attribute to the device if it still can't get charged when the indicator light is on.
D. If the solutions mentioned above still don’t work, please ask for after-sale service from the shop where you bought it.
 
2. Warranty
Warranty Coverage

 LUCK assures that the non-consumption products you purchase are eligible for this after-sales service.

  Warranty Period

LUCK guarantees that all the products purchased within 180 days through LUCK official or certified sales channels (including online/offline) will be provided after-sales service.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

After-sales service will be provided in the following forms.
· LUCK recommends that you find the store where you purchased the product for after-sales service.
· If your after-sales request cannot be processed at the store, you can still go through the LUCK official website for assistance.However, you shall not file after-sales requests at the same time and repeatedly at store and through LUCK official website. If the above circumstances are found, LUCK has the right to refuse your application.
